I'm guessing Scott's 0-15 snide had something to do with not PHing him against a LHP. Just a guess, though. He hasn't looked good. Trembley probably figured that he'd just save him for a RHP later in the game, and that the added probability of a run, already up, wasn't worth the cost in the field.

Still not sure I agree, but that 0-15 must've been a factor.
