Is extending Tillman now a priority?

I would like to point out that I suggested this last May. Imagine how much cheaper he would have been then.

Now is the time to buy low before he picks it up later on in the season. He's not pitching well and it would be a good time to give him some security.

In anther thread, Frobby asked if it were up to me/OH poster, would I offer Chris Tillman a 5-year, $75 Million contract extension?

I would.

That said, I also would have tried to extend Tillman in May of 2015, as the O.P. of this thread had asked at the time.
