Make it happen Dan. :thumbsup1:

I open bidding with 3 yr / $30 mil and don't move from that until I get proof someone tops it.

I'm not interested in Reddick. But I agree it was extremely stupid of the Orioles to negotiate against themselves like they did last year with. Davis

I look at that .403 OBP Matt Joyce put up in Pittsburgh last season and my mouth waters.

Reddick/Joyce/Pearce would do wonders for our team OBP and wouldn't break the bank.

That .403 is a real outlier in his career. Around .270 the season before with the Angels.

I'll take Gardner for sure - he'd be a great fit in LF, plus defense even at his age, high OBP / leadoff hitter, moves Kim to DH.

But... no surprise the Yankees would ask for too much. In division trade.

No no no -- not that noodle of an arm in our outfield! I couldn't stand McLouth's "arm" and Gardner's may be worse. Anything to left with a man on second is a run; all doubles will score base runners. I don't understand why these types aren't taken directly out of the game in a sac-fly-wins-it situation. I love his offensive skill set, though. And it goes without saying that we aren't giving up Gausman here.

Fowler and Reddick are obviously interesting but that could be out of price range. The name on this list most intriguing to me is Carlos Gomez. I think he will have a hard time selling his services multi year based on his few hot months in Texas. However, at the right price, he could join the list of rejuvenation projects by signing for a 1 year deal in Baltimore.
