I'm hoping Cobb and Cashner, especially Cobb, who we have signed through the 2021 season.

Of course, I'm hoping that we have the Cobb who (at least for the most part) pitches like he has in his last 6 outings, of which he has a 2.17 ERA and a 1.179 WHIP over 37.33 Innings Pitched.

Cobb now has a 2.14 ERA  and a 1.079 WHIP in his last 7 starts combined.

I really hope that he continues to be the pitcher that the Orioles were expecting him to be when they signed him.

For 81 wins? Ridiculous.

We were responding to your more than 81win comment.  A five to six year rebuild is pretty normal time wise. Unless you get great to very great hauls in trades of already have a pretty stacked minor league system it’s pretty hard to go faster.

Me too. But if he is, then they will trade him next summer.
