At this point, Trumbo and Wynns are the Injured List candidates.

Nunez might be too, but they might just keep him to DH until he is healthy

Perhaps with the "sore arm" he won't be sailing those throws into the box seats though.

All about keeping as much talent in system. Severino has no options. Sisco does.  Also Sisco has never really had a strong offensive season in AAA (not that Severino has either).  If Sisco is for real he can show it in AAA.

Funny how many players never show real offensive seasons in AAA.

I'd say very few actual prospects show real offensive seasons in AAA.

I'd say calling Severino talent is stretching the term a bit.  He's a 25 year old with a career 560 OPS over four years in the majors.

I still don't fully buy into Elias's ideas right now with the roster construction.

Sisco?

He doesn't even qualify as a rookie.  He was up in 2017 and 2018.

To be honest I don't expect much out of Sisco after last year but the kid deserves another shot.

I agree, he deserves a shot. As does a healthy Wynns, a healthy Hays, Diaz, Santander, Mountcastle this season, ect.

But I do remember last season talk about "if he stays down 'x' number of days, they get another year."
