Look, I don't live anywhere near Baltimore.  Aside from Billy Joel, I would have no interest in any of these acts.  BTW, I live in a much less populas area than B-more.  Tonight the Steve Miller Band is playing 45 minutes away from my house.  Next week it's Peter Frampton.  Florida/Georgia Line played last night.  It's not that hard to book popular acts.

These are free concerts held at the ballpark except for Billy Joel.MECU Pavilion has Steve Milker soon and many other national acts.Place is about a mile from Camden Yards. This is just about the acts they got.90% country for some reason.Did they do a survey and found out that genre is the demographic of an Oriole ticket holder?

Okay.  I understand what you're saying.  Point well taken.

The acts have to be linked with John Angelos’ Wife. She is involved in the Nashville music scene.

I was sort of making a bad joke of the BSO troubles

I understand about the connection but if you want to get millenials from the city and suburbs, that will not get them to the ballpark. You need bands that play at the Metro Gallery and the Ottobar. Those bands dont cost a fortune to play .

I saw them in DC once and they asked, who,in the crowd was in Baltimore and it was the entire audience which I thought was funny. Saw them many a time back in the  80s and early 90s.  Also saw Psychedilic Furs back in the day.

I know you were.

Don’t disagree. I’m just assuming it is a coincidence.

Not a Beck fan?

Hint, he has a song called Lost Cause.

Saw Beck headline Newport folk festival a few years. He played after the Lumineers.  The only, people, who, stayed for his set were between 35 and 40.  I guess they would be 41:and 46 now. He has a very narrow fan base.
