I'm not overly versed in the minor league system and rely on the likes of Tony and Luke for feedback, but based on my limited knowledge, those that I have seen and those that I am partial to for one reason or another, here's my completely biased and non-scientific list:

2. Grayson Rodriguez

3. DL Hall

4. Ryan Mountcastle

5. Yusniel Diaz

6. Michael Baumann

7. Austin Hays

8. Gunnar Henderson

9. Dean Kremer

10. Hunter Harvey

11. Zac Lowther

12. Drew Rom

13. Alex Wells

14. Adam Hall

15. Keegan Akin

16. Bruce Zimmermann

17. Kyle Stowers

18. Cody Sedlock

19. Brenan Hanifee

20. Rylan Bannon

21. Ryan McKenna

22. Zach Watson

23. Brett Cumberland

24. Joseph Ortiz

25. Elio Prado

1. AR (Reputation grade)
2. DL Hall
3. Grayson Rodriguez
4. Mountcastle (Late season plate discipline was a great tease. Hope it's real)
5. Baumann
6. Hays (Believe he could be #4 if healthy, but he hasn't been)
7. Diaz (I want him at 4, but tea leaves are telling me the org isn't happy with him. So he's rated lower than I think his talent deserves.)
8. Harvey
9. Lowther
10. Gunnar (show me)
11. Kremer
12. Adam Hall
13. Akin
14. Hernaiz
15. Rom
16. Zimmerman
17. Sedlock
18. Wells
19. Hanifee
20. Cumberland
21. Pop
22. Stowers
23. Rizer
24. Watson
25. Welk

I'm way out of my comfort zone down here. Figure an international guy or two could make it and I have some of the 10-15 above in particular pretty far off, so it's time to stop pretending. Lol. Not really an Ortiz guy (either one). Bannon could belong in here for sure. McCoy, probably not. Leo Rodriguez? And I'm missing some, no doubt.

Here is my crack at it.  Really tough to place the 2019 draft picks other than AR.  Kind of a crap shoot.  Some of these guys like Welk and Rizer are going to be 23 next season so a little premature to get too excited about what they did in short season and A ball.

  1. Adley Rutschman
  2. Grayson Rodriguez
  3. D.L. Hall (Behind GrayRod because of reliever floor)
  4. Hays (CF defense and hot bat during his call up sold me)
  5. Mountcastle
  6. Baumann
  7. Diaz
  8. Lowther
  9. Kremer
  10. Rom
  11. Adam Hall
  12. Henderson (agree with poster who said "show me")
  13. Harvey
  14. Akin
  15. Hernaiz
  16. Bannon
  17. Wells
  18. McKenna
  19. Hanifee
  20. Zimmerman
  21. Sedlock
  22. Watson
  23. Knight
  24. Stowers
  25. Stauffer (Big body/dominant as a 20 year old in limited time at Delmarva)
  26. Fenter
  27. Welk
  28. Peralta
  29. Pop
  30. McCoy

Move Pop and Sedlock and Ortiz up and Hays down a few and I'm in.

I like Knight more than Tony and Luke do. Or did. I have no idea where they have him now. Maybe #1? Henderson does not need to show me much. I'll give him three years. Like he was a college guy.
