Love this thread. We’re 3 up on them in the L column. We’re on pace to go 103-59. That’s 48-28 the rest of the way for us. The Yankees would have to go 50-24 the rest of the way to win the AL East over us because we hold the tie break due to H2H. We’re 5-2 against them this season. We play them 3 at home, and 3 on the road. They’d have to take 5 out of 6 to have the tie breaker. -

This may be a weird question, but is there anyway to know ahead of time which color jerseys they wear to which game. The reason I'm asking is because when I go to a game, if they are wearing white, I'd like to wear my white O's gear, etc... I would prefer not to wear white, for example, and find out the other team is wearing white, etc... -

That’s the scenario keeping Urias on this team. Other than just not losing vet players during a playoff run. I think we have two options here if we unload Urias now for Mayo, 1. In a playoff series, if Mateo is pinch hit for then Holliday would go in defensively for Mateo at 2B and Westburg at 3B. 2. We acquire a defensive minded vet 3B/2B that is in AAA currently. Heck, maybe it’s a Tony Kemp reunion for that niche roll. But that niche role/scenario should not be keeping Mayo in the minors any longer. Lift Off🚀🚀🚀 -

Better idea: He uses Mayo as the pinch hitter, Mayo tears the cover off the ball and then he'd have to totally crap the bed defensively to be a net negative on the game outcome. -
