Just got in and saw the end of the game.  2-0 swing by Ruiz was foolish.  Should have been taking all the way with how bad he was hitting.  Couldn't see for sure but I think Ruiz dogged it going to 1st.

I think that's what Hyde was saving Valdez for, to return to your earlier Q. Also looked like the Sox were timing his junk better tonight.

Cody Carroll and Josh Rogers are still in the organization I think.  Bit the chances of them contributing much seem pretty slim at this point.
