No, not really.  The pitcher replaced Santander in the lineup.

The lineup spot didn't move, there is just a special rule associated with the ghost runner that if the pitcher is in the spot of the last batter in the previous inning, you don't make him the ghost runner, you go back one spot to the next to last batter in the inning.
