It was such a questionable ball/strike call that KB even called it wrong, Palmer corrected him by saying "He called it a strike," and KB still didn't seem to catch on until the next pitch was thrown and the count wasn't reflecting what he thought it should be. 

Palmer remarked that Cintron had obviously forgotten one of the previous egregious calls that had gone in Houston's favor...
