Our key players underperformed. Who in our lineup was realistically going to be replaced and improved upon by a higher salary player?

Money had nothing to do with the failure this season.

The Yankees haven’t been in the World Series since 2009. And the Dodgers got the best player in baseball for pennies because they’re smarter not richer. So think a little bit before you cry, a river of tears
