I believe this is the lineup we should roll with in the playoffs.

Will be very interested to see how it produces tonight.

Thanks, David.

That was last night's pitcher's statistics before said game.

Or maybe, NEXT YEAR'S statistics for Jimenez in mid-August ???

Go, Big Red !!!

P.S. Congratulations on your 2nd green pip, buddy. ;)

What about Delmon and Caleb? Convinced already that Paredes can handle third base in the field?

Caleb and hundley are interchangeable offensively but I'm fine with buck playing his hunches as far as they are concerned.

Young should never play in the field in the playoffs now that we have de Aza. That makes Cruz the DH and relegated young to a PH role.

I'm fine with parades defensively provided he can swing the bat the way he has been.

Again, matchups will dictate if Johnson or paredes plays third but I would like to see flash against all righties from this point on.

Ryan Flaherty is 11 for his last 32 with 4 walks and 6 strikeouts. 4 doubles 1 homer 6 RBI.

Jon Schoop is 2 for his last 34 with 0 walks and 13 strikeouts. 0 doubles, 0 homeruns, 0 RBI.

I have no doubt that Buck would like to get him back on track. However, if you don't think he's losing his lock on the job, I can't help you. Buck isn't going into the postseason with a 2B in that kind of a slump when he has someone else swinging the bat decently.

Of course that someone can play third base so it isn't as if Schoop playing keeps Flaherty off the field.
