When is it time for pitching overhaul? What would you do?

"Overhaul" may not be the right word, but it's close. 1/2 the pitchers have era's over 5.00 and only two starters look ok. But the O's are in first (or close to it after today) and the bats will keep them closer to the top than the bottom. I don't think the O's can just sit back for much longer and hope certain people get if figured out. Nor do I buy the theory that there is nothing on the farm. I see Oliver, Rove and Drake looking pretty solid and think at least they could be added to the pen to replace all the lefties not named Britton. Which is anohter thing, why NOT go without a lefty in the pen other than the closer? If they can't get it done, bring in anyone else who can!

Anyways, seeing 8 walks yesterday in a game NOT pitched by Jimenez, only to be followed by Jimenez, is making me sick. I hope to see some changes soon.
