There is an easy answer to what needs to be done. Totall rebuild, fire Dan Duquette, Give Buck a seat to shine his bottom with once he's done managing. Promote Brady to GM and get a Minor league director to revamp the minors and scouting.

 

we should hang onto Bundy, Gausman, Mancini and Schoop. Also perhaps keep a few other cheap guys like Rickard. Everyone else should be available.

with that said Angelos is and always has been the problem. Did I mention selling the tea, as part of the solution?
