Any chance of some real dramatic Warehouse shakeups?

I expect not, but curious if anyone thinks there's a remote chance of something outside of what we'd expect a normal O's offseason to entail.

This could include things like:

1) Buck retiring.

2) Buck moving to the front office.

3) Dan getting fired or resigning.

4) Buck getting fired or resigning.

5) Yet another new pitching coach.

6) Other surprising coaching shakeups (Bobby D, Coolbaugh, Russell, etc)

7) Brady's role changing significantly. 

I don't see any of these happening other than perhaps some coaching changes (another change at pitching coach though would, to me, indicate there's a definite problem going on with that coaching position). Any insider whispers, etc?

The only one that I think has a decent change of happening is a pitching coach change.  Buck changes pitching coaches like T-Shirts.  Also I have not heard a lot of support for McDowell from the pitchers.  Not like they supported Wallace.

I don't see Dan getting fired or resigning, but I could see Brady's role changing incrementally.  If it does, I would consider that a sign that Dan won't be back after 2018.

I could definitely see a new pitching coach and I wouldn't be upset.  It would be great if a good, long look was given to the development process in the minors while they're at it.

That is likely to be a long process -- a lot of different models to choose from.

Will be business as usual.  Maybe an assistant coach change or two.  DD and Buck are all in for 2018.  Should be a VERY interesting 2018 season.

Probably one with a lot of mileage and one of the very last ones left after all the good ones were picked over in January.

Bordick will say that it is the hardest working coffee machine you can get. It will never quit and put up good coffee.

 

Roch will milk it for all it works.He will say it is the cream of the crop.Also when it fails he will never criticize it and blame all the other coffee machines but never Keurig.

I very much doubt that will happen. But if it does, Buck's and Frank's initial response should be, "Have you talked to your Dad about this?"
