A guy named Darrell Dent in 1997. He was our 3rd round pick in 1995.

Dent made it to Bowie with the O's and then spent a year with the Dodgers AA squad.  He ended his career in 2002 in independent ball.  It appears that in 2016 he was arrested after masterminding a series of "smash and grab" robberies of jewelry stores in southern California, stealing $6million in Rolex watches and other jewelry.  Amazing what you can find with the google machine.

It seems like they are conflating SB ability with speed. Moesquit is an excellent baserunner.
