There are 4 top SEC Players on that list. Sure they could go back and be 5th year SR, but that is a heck of a risk. One of them would be my targets, just for the fact that they are more known commodities.

Knowing nothing about any players available or what type of financial flexibility the O's will have, I'd love to see us target some overslot position players at this point.

Long story short, they probably have hard college commitments.  You'll notice the vast majority of them are high schoolers.  Some are betting on themselves as well, that they'll go to school (or stay in school) and improve their stock next year (or in 3 years for the high schoolers).
