Why do the orioles have an off day on the second day of a home opening series? And even on a Friday? Crazy.

Makes no sense in reality.  As now they have 19. games in a row.

I think the question is why didn't they start the season on Wednesday?  Then Thursday is off and they can play on Friday, Sat, and Sunday.

If they send someone down they have to keep them down for 10 days. And how many players on 25 have options?  I dont see point of  starting season to have more days off and then playing 19 days in a row in beginning of April.

I'd like to see them make opening day the same day for every team and starting at the same time, just as they do for the final game of the regular season.
