Mike has fantastic interpersonal skills. Good memory with focus on whoever he is talking with on their level. A talented operator.

Wasn't those ridge cut chips were they?  Those are the worst.  Just makes them extra oily.

No. The good lite ones. Wings were Bigish and done perfectly. The shrimp sliders had full size gulf shrimp with a good dressing. The prime rib was excellent and the ham was a country ham.

Of course they had tuna and turkey and maybe egg salad?  I avoided those.  Enough for three trips for everyone. A yeoman’s spread.
