I'm not ready to write off Means but no one expected him to replicate what he did last year, everyone expected a regression.  So this seems to be expected, kinda.

The uptick in velocity is nice but I dunno, he's just not able to get it done like he did last year.  Maybe he can turn it around but I wouldn't be surprised if he never gets back to what he did last year.

The uptick in velocity had me encouraged that he could continue his success but it hasn't looked good this season and he's had enough time to be showing something.
