We are 18/72 (.250) without RISP and 3/28 (.107) with RISP. this series.   The sabermetricians will tell you there's no such thing as clutch ability.   So why the difference?   I know we aren't good but in theory we should be equally bad whether there's runners in scoring position or not, right?

That’s the main focus of my ire, yes. However, there are also problems with lineups, bullpen usage and attitude. Hyde gets a pass on the roster, Elias has made it clear he’s not endorsing any changes at this time. Not sure why it took so long to dump Ruiz, but Sanchez was let go in the middle of Spring Training.

McKenna wasn't at the hotel or on the taxi squad. The O's didn't have a taxi squad for this road trip. Hyde said that McKenna caught an early flight to MSP this morning (apparently from Charlotte, which is where the Tides were playing last night).
