If I de-select BAL to look at all affiliated minor league Arms throwing 50 innings this minor league season, it stays in Top 10 MLB-wide, and his terrible strike percentage jumps out.   

Our Latin LaLoosh?    Obviously all just stat scouting, but will be interested to see if he starts a game for Delmarva in Week 1 next year.

Coupled with a tidy 50% GB rate!  I wonder if he has a filthy sinker that just falls out of the zone that will take some time for him to master its placement?
