I am telling you it’s Round B, because we were in Round A last year.  That’s what the rule I quoted says.

I’m hoping to be surprised by their willingness to spend. I know I’m setting myself up for disappointment, but the way everything is set up with a deep farm and low pay roll just seems like the perfect storm to spend heavily.

Bassitt would be the worst option of them all. Older, doesn’t miss bats, and costs a draft pick. If Dan were still here, he’d be an Oriole.
