With the Givens signed, it’s time to just return the rule 5 pick. We’re too far in as an org to mess around with a Rule 5 guy that limits flexibility and depth.

Might as well have him around in ST in case someone gets injured. Need a lot of pitchers in ST and he's as good or better than most of our AAA reliever depth.
