If that 600 Million wasn't sitting there I'd be very slightly worried.

Also how long did that first renaissance last?  How many years of renaissance are the taxpayers buying here?  I'm down for some sports betting fueled renaissance, frankly I think the original renaissance was missing out on some sweet gambling related artistic endeavors.
