I don't think the Braves move him before next offseason.

I think they are a WS contender and will happily throw him out there this year as they look for another ring.

Agree with this. This article is 100% speculation and there hasn't been a single credible rumor suggesting that the Brave's are willing to trade Fried. Do I think the Braves will resign him? Probably not, but they're not even going to entertain trading him until 2024 unless the wheels completely fall off for them.

Fried would, of course, be a great pick up.  If it only cost Hall and Westburg, sign me up.  But I imagine it would cost a lot more, especially for a team with WS aspirations like Atlanta.
