He said Verlander.     Whatever it was, the video of Angelos and Elias both on their phones same instant was notable.

I would guess Elias' autonomy covers a lot of the guys around the remainder of the commitment to Eduardo types.

Top 5 or better prospect for Verlander for rest of year and 2024, paying half or less of salary.  Holliday, Kjerstad, and Mayo out for all of us I am sure. So I think that would be something like Norby, Ortiz, or Basallo.

Angelos is on the phone with some developer who wants him to steal more money from the tax payers.

Verlander has seen his K rate really drop and his BB rate jump up. 
 

He isn’t missing bats and his statcast numbers are meh.

I wouldn’t trade any prospects above Norby for him no matter how much the Mets pay.

They made multiple defensive changes but I did think Westburg would be considered the better defender
