Hard to say. Leonsis would have to pay the O's for broadcast rights. I'm sure the O's will make the best deal they can, whichever way that goes.

Heard …. I just don’t see them giving up this advantage

SIX MAN BOOTH!!!!!

They would have different games on 1 channel?  Example: O's playing the Rays and the Nats playing the Braves, how would they be broadcasted at the same time without MASN 2?   How would 2 separate games starting at 7pm be broadcasted the same station and time?

MASN is the souce, in my view, of the vast majority of drama when it comes to the organization. You had the Gary Thorne exit, the weird ST botches where they had to get Roch in to call like the entire game one time, the Kevin Brown incident, Roch's weird blog protest, the constant litigation with the Nats, the app struggles, layoffs...

It's all just very silly and I hope we can really get some adult supervision going on. There's a lot of room for improvement and part of the ownership commitment to the fans should be a normally functionig RSN that isn't a source of constant bad press and weird vibes.

Yes, I remember that ST game when Roch had to fill in at literally the last minute to do solo play-by-play because the remote feed from Baltimore (where the scheduled TV broadcasters were) wasn't working. He actually did a pretty good job considering that he had no prep time & was given no notes. MASN is always a comedy of errors.

I believe what Tony meant was, put all O’s game on one channel and all Nats games on other channel, rather than having the two teams hop back and forth between MASN 1 & 2 all the time.

I only use a VPN during the season. Not sure why it's doing this. I was able to read last night. I'll try on my phone now.

Will  a VPN work when using MLBatbat in the Baltimore area?  I was only able to watch about 10 games all year last year.

The AtBat app, ie. the radio and the Gameday will work, but to get the video, you do have to use a VPN in the viewing area. I've used several, but so far, the best I've used is ExpressVPN. I set it to a Europe location.
