This is a situation where that Vieira guy could pitch. It may take him 48 pitches and he may give up 9 runs, but we'd still win. The Yankees would get tired from hitting home runs and doubles against him, and eventually the ball would bounce our way.

Don't we owe it to Mounty to get every rbi possible for him?  Where was all the mercy when the Yankees hit Gunnar and threw at his head the night before?
