They have been underperforming this year, they were not projected to be a terrible offensive team. They were bound to get better.

The Cubs have gotten 5 hits against Burnes in 1.2 IP so far. The Orioles had 4 hits yesterday with 0 outs in the 3rd and have 2 hits in the 8 innings since. Incredible.
