I agree with Nolan Ryan. It's not the pitch count, it's how they are throwing. The last time out I would have pulled him sooner, this time I would have left him in.

No argument here Gordo. I hate pitch count and pulling guys, when they are still doing ok. That is a baseball thing, not a DT thing though.

I agree with this to an extent.

Its not how many pitches you throw, but how many pitches you throw once you are tired that is what causes injuries, IMO. Some days you tire after 80, sometimes you can throw 120 without tiring. There is no magic number, gotta judge each situation.
