They are bad hanging breaking pitches, but Wieters isn't catching them deep enough. Wieters also tends to be too erect when receiving the high curveball (which ideally, should never be thrown).

I think Wieters has been playing back a little bit after he interfered with a batter a few weeks ago...but I do agree with you, it doesn't work well w/ the curve.
