Tillman pitched out trouble a few times. The Orioles had three chances to throw out a runner at home, and converted two. That concludes my positive comments after 7 innings.

It's one game in the twilight. We haven't swung the bats that great all week except that one inning in Washington. I am more concerned about that trend then this game.

Yep. This game is about how they have been hitting. I'm not really concerned though. Once you accept that this is a middle of the road offense and will continue to be, it makes it less stressful/worrisome.

Yeah but Jones is a better player and if he gets a hit the game is tied or we get the lead. We are down three and need another runner on base with a guy that threw 6 balls in 7 pitches.
