Position players are Manny Machado, Everth Cabrera, Jonathan Schoop, Delmon Young, Alejandro De Aza, Adam Jones, Steve Pearce, Travis Snider, Ryan Flaherty, Caleb Joseph and Steve Clevenger.

Glad to see Garcia ended up making it. I'm sure it'll be a crazy experience for him being announced and running onto the field infront of 45k+ people after never playing a game above A ball before this.

It begs the question of who goes to get Davis on the roster after the opener.

So we let Webb pass through waivers, only to put him on the 25 man roster, to what purpose? To put him through waivers again on Day 2?

Soon Hardy and Davis come back, so who goes? Webb and ?? This is going to be very interesting. Trading Matusz seemed like an obvious move, but that's not done yet so who knows.

And I completely forgot about Paredes. Does he have any options left? If not, that might mean Flaherty gets the short straw- I don't see Cabrera going anywhere.

Either he forced the issue to stay on the 25 man or the reports that he cleared waivers were erroneous.

Not a huge deal if a pitcher is removed for Davis after one game. I'm thinking the O's kept Webb as it might be easier to sneak him through waivers after Davis is back. Wouldn't read to much into having 14 pitchers on Opening Day. Now if Davis comes back and we still a have 14 pitchers afterwards, I'm right there with ya.
