You have to think the Blue Jays will make a trade for pitching. They are built to win now as far as their roster is composed. Bautista and Encarnacion are productive, but in the decline of their career. Martin is going to become very expensive as his output declines. Donaldson is going to have a huge arbitration raise after another MVP caliber year. I think the Blue Jays can and probably will give up a lot more for a top starter than the O's will.
