Right. Whatever the coaches do, Buck is giving pretty direct guidance. If he thought our outfielders were in the alleys too much, he'd tell Kirby to stop.

Not a great arm and poor routes. For a minor leaguer he did fine.

Rickard is good enough to play LF on our team, but the Orioles selected Rickard in the Rule 5 for his OBP. Period.
