Here's a thread I did of the Orioles' best draft picks of the 21st Century.   

There also are some great players we drafted but couldn't sign, like drafting Dave Winfield out of high school in the 40th round in 1969 and Michael Young in the 25th round in 1994.    There were a few others like that who I'm forgetting right now.
