This is another example of how the Orioles' refusal to invest in scouting, signing and developing high-level international talent makes it so hard to build depth in the system that's available to step in. 

It’s the owners refusal. 

Hope his sons have seen 25 years of evidence of what they should and should not do.

Please let this be minor.

I keep telling myself to be patient.  The schedule has been brutal.  If we get Tillman replaced, we'll actually have a pretty decent 1-12 (or 1-15, really) pitching staff.  Pitching roster spots are working themselves out.

The lineup is my concern.  Mancini, Manny, and Schoop are the three I'm counting on.
