I trust Hyde too. Several times he has called out the poor fundamentals to the media. I'll bet he called it out in the locker room afterwards WAY harsher than that.

Hyde has a tough job and he's had to learn on the job.  Given what he's got he's done a decent job.  Do I have a few qualms about some of his decision making.  Yes, but given what he's got, there's not always a good option.  I wonder if he will be still around by the time they become a winning ball club.  Like a Brett Brown (NBA) situation.  Or will Elias hand pick another manager to take over
