Sucre left the Tides.  When home.  Doesn't sound like he will be back .  This season or next year.

Wynns may not stay on the 40 man roster but that doesn't mean that he is gone from the organization if he wants to stay at Norfolk. 

Perez will be a minor league free agent.   I would think the O's want to re-sign him to stay with the Bowie pitchers that are promoted to Norfolk next season.    He has done a good job this them.
