It doesn’t matter to the Orioles now, but I’d really like to know how much blame rests with buck for the personnel fiascoes of the last several years. I had thought that it was mainly Dan, because he was the general manager and that’s what GM’s do. But it seems that he might’ve had a lot more control over such decisions than I thought, and that would be a real dealbreaker if some of those choices were really on Buck instead of Dan. 

Overall It is better to look forward then back, and they might do better to look for somebody from the Houston or Tampa organization.

I think Frobby had a get off my lawn moment a week or so ago, I'm about to have one here.  Really not interested in what former Orioles are doing/saying.  I wish them both the best but they have no bearing on the current regime and what needs to happen in this offseason to get this team headed in the right direction.

Agree totally. There is no “face of the franchise” no matter how much we love a player, he leaves and the song remains the same.

Big year for AJ Preller.  With where that organization is, I feel like the specter of Dave Dombrowski's availability will loom over his shoulder throughout 2020, and someone in the next 9-10 months will probably do okay selling win-now pieces to the Padres.

Buck loved Givens and Mancini right - I think i'm rooting for this.
