Ruschman is physical similar to 2007 first-rounder Matt Wieters, but his “blood courses through his veins at a much different temperature.”

That bit from Longenhagen's blurb jumped out at me too.   I remember tales of Buck having to step in to stop hazing at the beginning of Wieters, and kind of heard the observation in the frame that Adley might not need that assist.

Of course he'll also be entering a young clubhouse and not one with Age-32 Aubrey Huff and many other thirtysomethings.
