Fun comparison.   In the state of Missouri today:

-- Matt Harvey starts against an average Kansas City lineup
-- Wade LeBlanc, who we cut earlier this year and kept Harvey, starts against the best team in baseball

Let's check back in about 3 hours and compare how they did.

Last night, the Pirates scored 5 in the bottom of the 9th off Mets closer Edwin Diaz to walk off a 9-7 win.   Today, the Pirates got 6 runs in the first off Taijuan Walker.   11 runs in 2 innings vs a first place team, not bad.

And deGrom went on the IL today with forearm sorenss.

It might only take about 83 wins to win the NL East.

Urias can hit a good fastball.

He now has something like 6 multi hit games in the last 10.  We have t had a shortstop hitting this hot since Tim Beckham's first month as an Oriole
