My only point is that power vs. OBP trade offs can be measured and weighed.   You’d rather have Markakis than Wieters or Trumbo, but Markakis vs., say, Mike Cameron is a tougher call (solely talking about offense here).

I don't think Elias is especially targeting Markakis style hitters.

Yes, I agree with your point.

Mountcastle’s .729 was 50 points below what anyone guessed in the poll.  88% had him over .810, a full 80 points over his actual. Quite a disappointment.
