Perez was most likely up if Taylor got on base and then you had 2 of 3 lefties up.  Once he got Taylor, the choice was either Perez or push Lyles to see if he can get Benintendi once he got on you want a righty to face 2 of 3 that are right handed.

He didn't for see the O's making 2 errors when the inning should have been over..... Actually maybe he should given the team.

I don't care if Odor has hit better recently and made a few nice defensive plays he has got to go. You can't play Odor everyday at 2B and tell the fans you're not trying to tank.

Two unearned runs technically, but the Lyles play (and runner) weren't technically an error / unearned run.

I'd break it down 1 Lyles, 1 Mountcastle, and 1 Odor.

Can't win many games when you give the other team three free runs.  These are the games that are the most frustrating.
