Couldn't he just finish the inning? If it wasn't a good situation for Perez then he shouldn't have been warming up.

Perez was most likely up if Taylor got on base and then you had 2 of 3 lefties up.  Once he got Taylor, the choice was either Perez or push Lyles to see if he can get Benintendi once he got on you want a righty to face 2 of 3 that are right handed.

Stupid trying for the five out save.

Should have brought in Tate to navigate the 8th.

Lopez should really start with clean innings.

O's have a game tomorrow.  5 out save was going to burn Lopez up for tomorrow and now O's likely lose.

Meatball slider. Now we need to burn Perez anyway. I get what Hyde was thinking but that definitely did not work out.

He didn't for see the O's making 2 errors when the inning should have been over..... Actually maybe he should given the team.

How many runs were due to terrible defense?  2 because of Mountcastle and 1 because of Odor/Lopez.

Two unearned runs technically, but the Lyles play (and runner) weren't technically an error / unearned run.

I'd break it down 1 Lyles, 1 Mountcastle, and 1 Odor.

Can't win many games when you give the other team three free runs.  These are the games that are the most frustrating.
