O’s showing interest in Rich Hill

What's funny about this (and extremely Orioles) is that we had him when he was bad, and then would miss out on all of his good years, and have him when he was bad again. Lol. 

Jokes aside, I'd only be down if he was a reliever.

Kyle Gibson and Rich Hill isn't exactly what I had in mind for free agent pitchers the Orioles signed this winter. I guess the upside is they're making moves maybe next off-season the team will upgrade to impact  free agents.

Orioles wanted him, but he was a deal-killer for the Cubs.   They refused to include Hill or Pie.  A couple of years later, we had both of them.  Unfortunately.  Funny how things work out sometimes.

The last time we signed Rich Hill, I head the news on the radio right as I turned onto Rich Hill Road in Towson. Sorry I didn't find a Justin Verlander Avenue earlier this offseason.

Signing Hill would probably be worth another five wins in 2023 simply because he wouldn’t be pitching against us. I understand all the jokes about his overall mediocrity, but good god has he had our number over that last five years.

Yeah if Angelos is still the owner then you know the answer 

You have to believe all the accumulated knowledge of the Elias war room did not enter the offseason saying “If we can just get our main targets, Kyle Gibson and Adam Frazier and Rich Hill, our process will be complete!!”
