After 162 Games

Adley just played in his 162-career game yesterday.  With all of the young talent coming through the system, I thought it would be interesting to have a thread documenting the numbers some of the key young players put up in their first full-season's worth of games.  So, first up is Adley Rutschman, who made his debut on May 21, 2022 and played in game 162 on May 24, 2023.  Best game, March 30, 2023 (5-5, 1 HR, 1 BB, 4 RBI).

Gunnar just played in his 162 career game yesterday, September 6, 2023.  His MLB debut was at age 21 on August 31, 2022.  Best game, August 20, 2023, a 12-1 blowout win against Oakland in which Gunnar passed up an opportunity to hit for the cycle in his last at bat (4-5, 2 2B, 3B, HR, 3 R, 2 RBI).

																				Jordan Westburg just finished game 162 of his career last night at age 25 and 157 days.  He already has one all-star appearance and his offensive numbers are similar to Gunnar's first 162 (obviously, Gunnar was several years younger).  MLB debut - June 26, 2023 (age - 24 and 128 days).  Best game - I am going with April 10, 2024, where he went 2-3 with 1 2b, 1 hr, 3 rbi, and a hbp.  In that game, Westburg went deep off Chris Martin in the 7th inn, 2 on, 2 outs to deep CF, propelling the O's to a 7-5 win over Boston. rWAR - 3.5 fWAR - 3.7
