Bsker is sucking, but shouldn't have been in this situation thanks to Frazier.  That won't show up on the boxscore that way, but it's true.  Regardless we need some more/better relief guys.

If their goal is not just to make the playoffs as a wild card, but actually win the division and make postseason noise, it's clear that this team needs improvement. Middle relief, setup man, another bat, and now perhaps another SP.
