Okay Kremer has been better in August but I still think he and  Gibson are neck and neck. Who knows Gibson might displace him. To his credit he's been good today since giving up the HR.

Not sure Ramon would have scored, that fly was close enough to the outfielder to have delayed him for a bit.  But second and third with no outs is definitely better than guy on second one out.

No, especially not with Littell pitching.   I want him to stay in the game as long as possible because I think most of the relievers they have are better than him.

But it doesn't matter.   When guys get out on the first pitch, there are people who complain about it on the game thread, and when guys get extra base hits on the first pitch they are completely silent.   And they will never be convinced.
